The Privacy Policy (hereinafter: the "Policy") explains when, why, and how a company SAFEPLAY DOO BEOGRAD (hereinafter: the "Company"), registered in the Republic of Serbia under registration number 21939846, tax identification number 113882325, and headquartered at Ljutice Bogdana 34, Beograd (Savski Venac) as a data controller, collects, uses, stores, and shares personal data of individuals (hereinafter: the "Affiliate") who access the platform and register on the website, http://partners.1xbet.rs (hereinafter: the "B2B Platform"), in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection (Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia, No. 87/2018; hereinafter: the "Law"). Additionally, this Policy provides essential information about Affiliate’s rights in terms of data protection. The purpose of this Policy is not to override the terms of any contracts concluded with the Company or any rights the Affiliate may have under the laws governing data protection, but to provide the Affiliate with information on the collection and processing of his/her personal data for the purpose of obtaining informed consent for its use, unless such consent must be sought because it is collected on another basis, such as law, other regulation, or in order to fulfil contractual obligations between the Company and the Affiliate.
This Policy should be read together with the Cookie Policy and the Terms and Conditions of the Affiliate Marketing available on the Company's B2B Platform.

If an Affiliate has any inquiries regarding the information contained in this Policy or regarding how to exercise any of his/her rights as an individual to whom the data relate, he/she may contact the Company by sending an inquiry to the email address dpo@1xbet.rs or to the Company's headquarters address, postal address, Ljutice Bogdana 34, Beograd (Savski Venac), with the subject "Inquiry Regarding the Collection and Processing of Personal Data."
Information Collected by the Company About the Affiliate
The Company collects data that assist in the identification process of an Affiliate, as well as in the provision of services available on the B2B Platform. Additionally, data is collected for sending marketing messages to the Affiliate, managing Affiliate Accounts and participation in promotions, as well as for improving the overall quality of services provided by the Company, all of which represent potential purposes of processing the Affiliate’s personal data.
The Affiliate undertakes the responsibility of sending a notification to the Company in the event of a change in his/her personal data so that the Company's databases and records are up-to-date.
The data collected by the Company from the Affiliate include:
- name, surname, email address, phone number, as well as other data shared by the Affiliate during the registration process;
- data such as internet traffic data, location data, and other communication data (including IP address, device type, and browser);
- data on Affiliate’s activities on the B2B Platform, as well as other transactions per Affiliate Account.
Where is the Affiliate’s Data Stored?
Affiliate’s data is stored on servers in the Republic of Serbia, with the application of adequate and modern security measures against unwanted risks to data security, such as the risk of breach, unauthorized access, accidental loss, destruction, damage, and any other compromise to security, by applying adequate technical and organizational security measures within its protection system.
How is the Affiliate’s Data Used?
The Company uses Affiliate’s personal data to:
- provide services available through the B2B Platform;
- provide customer support to the Affiliate, respond to Affiliate’s questions, or resolve any uncertainties that the Affiliate may have;
- conduct necessary legal and security measures related to the identification of the Affiliate and verification of collected data, as well as other checks;
- fulfil its legal and regulatory obligations;
- process all online transactions of the Affiliate;
- conduct measures and activities for any other purposes related to providing services related to organizing special games of chance through electronic communication means and/or legal obligations.
With Whom Does the Company Share Affiliate’s Data?
The Company may share Affiliates' personal data with the following categories of recipients:
- reliable third parties cooperating with the Company and other affiliated companies, such as processors, who provide data processing services to the Company (e.g. to support the functioning of the B2B Platform, improve the security of the B2B Platform, and/or make the B2B Platform available to the Affiliate). The Company does not share Affiliate’s personal data with unrelated third parties. These service providers are not authorized to use or disclose Affiliate’s personal data unless necessary to provide services on behalf of the Company or to fulfil legal obligations. The Company may share Affiliate’s personal data for the stated purposes only with third parties whose privacy policies align with the Company's Policy or who agree to adhere to the Company's Policy and adequate levels of personal data protection. These third parties are provided with personal data necessary only for the performance of the functions entrusted to them, and the Company does not authorize them to use or disclose the Affiliate’s personal data for their own marketing purposes or other purposes.
- any competent law enforcement authority, regulatory, government agency, court, or other third parties where the Company believes that disclosure is (i) required by the law (e.g. to respond to a court order or in similar legal proceedings); (ii) to establish, exercise, or defend the legal rights of the Company, and/or (iii) to protect the legal and other prescribed rights of the Affiliate or the interests of others.
What are Affiliate’s Rights?
When it comes to the Affiliate’s personal data, the Affiliate has the following rights:
- the right to be informed about how the Company uses his/her personal data;
- the right to access his/her data held by the Company;
- the right to rectify any inaccurate data;
- the right to erase certain of his/her data;
- the right to data portability, where under certain circumstances, the Affiliate may request the Company to share his/her personal data with another data controller in a format that facilitates the reuse of his/her data;
- the right to restrict the processing of his/her personal data, including processing for marketing purposes. After the Company ceases to process the Affiliate’s personal data, the Company will still be allowed to store his/her personal data for legal reasons or obligations, while any other processing will require the Affiliate’s consent. The Affiliate should be aware that he/she can withdraw his/her consent to receive marketing communications at any time within his/her Affiliate Account on the B2B Platform.
- the right to object to certain types of processing of his/her personal data where such processing is carried out in relation to the following tasks: of public interest, under the official order of authorities, or in the legitimate interest of the Company. However, the Company may continue to process the Affiliate’s personal data, despite his/her objection, if there are compelling legitimate reasons for doing so or if the Company is obliged to process the Affiliate’s personal data due to any legal requirements.
How Long Does the Company Retain Affiliate’s Personal Data?
The Company retains Affiliate’s personal data for a period necessary to provide its services available through the B2B Platform, or as long as the Affiliate has a registered Affiliate Account on the B2B Platform.
Where it is no longer necessary to process the Affiliate's personal data, the Company will delete it. However, the Affiliate should be aware that the Company may be legally obliged to retain his/her personal data for a longer period, which may affect the Affiliate’s right to delete data.
Security
The Company attaches importance to security, as well as the methods necessary to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data. The Company stores all Affiliate’s personal data in an encrypted database, protected by a password, stored within a secure network, behind updated firewall software. Access to Affiliate’s data is only available to personnel employed by the Company to the extent necessary to perform their duties.
Sending information over the internet is not entirely secure, which is why the Company cannot guarantee the security of any data that the Affiliate discloses to third parties during their internet session. The Affiliate accepts the inseparable security implications of using the internet, and the Company does not accept responsibility for any direct, consequential, incidental, indirect, or punitive losses, as well as claims for damages arising from such an event.
Transfer of Personal Data to Another Country
The transfer of certain personal data is carried out exclusively by the Company in accordance with the Law, to countries or their parts that ensure an adequate level of their protection in accordance with the Law, for the purpose of enabling their processing by processors who carry out the processing in accordance with the Company's instructions, for the Company's purposes, or to fulfil their contractual obligations to the Company.
